Cancellations
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel, you will be given a chance to reschedule within a week. You must let me know about cancellations no later than 48 hours before your appointment.
Appointments
A $20 deposit is due at booking to secure an appointment. Hair is included in all braiding appointments
Late Arrivals
10-minute grace period to respect other appointment times. After the grace period, there will be a $20 late fee assessed. After 20 minutes, an appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.
Preperation
COME WASHED & BLOW DRIED
Your appointment runs faster when the stylist can easily work through your hair.
Payments
Cash, Zelle, CashApp
